Pre-K 4 SA is committed to fulfilling its promise of making high-quality early education available to as many families as possible—no matter the income level. If you do not live within a participating school district or do not meet the eligibility requirements for free pre-kindergarten according to the Texas Education Agency (TEA), our tuition assistance and Investing in Education Scholarship program makes spaces available for even more families.

A child who is a member of a household receiving benefits from SNAP, TANF, State Medicaid programs, or similar income-tested programs
A dependent of someone who is active duty military, disabled vet, MIA or killed in the line of military duty
English is their second language (eligibility for free tuition determined through testing and dual enrollment)
Is or has been under Conservatorship of DFPA
Homeless
A dependent of the Star of Texas recipient
