Pre-K 4 SA is proud to partner with UT Health San Antonio Wellness 360 to bring a convenient Mobile Immunization Clinic directly to our community!
The clinic is available to Pre-K 4 SA families and the greater San Antonio community, making it easier for families to access important health services in a familiar and convenient location.
If your child still needs required immunizations, this is a great opportunity to get them taken care of! Appointments are required and space is limited, so families are encouraged to schedule their appointment as soon as possible.
