Who is Eligible?
- Children younger than 5 years old
- Pregnant Women
- Breastfeeding Women (up to a year from date of delivery)
What to Bring:
- ID or WIC EBT Card
- Person applying for WIC
- Proof of address
- Proof of income– paystubs for the last 30 days or proof
- U.S. Citizenship is NOT a requirement for eligibility
