Back-to-school season has begun, and Pre-K 4 SA wants to ensure that families have the necessary school supplies, giveaways, resources, and information for a successful year.

District 1 – Saturday, August 10, 2024
District 1 will offer essential services and fun for the whole family. From immunizations to free haircuts, and complimentary school supplies to delicious snacks to start off the school year. Plus, groove to the beats with music to keep the energy high!

District 2 – Friday, August 2, 2024
Jalen McKee-Rodriguez (City Council) and District 2 invite will offer free backpacks on a first-come, first-served basis to over 300 children. Free food and haircuts will be provided. Over 15 community vendors will join us with information and resources to share.

District 4 – Saturday, August 10, 2024
District will offer free resources, immunizations, school supplies, and backpacks.

District 5 – Saturday, August 10, 2024
Free backpacks and supplies (first-come, first-served) and resources for the whole family! Seniors who take care of their grandchildren, parents, and students are welcome to attend. Students must be present to claim backpacks and school supplies!

District 6 – Saturday, August 03, 2024
Join District 6 for a day filled with fun, resources, food, and community spirit as we come together to prepare our students for the upcoming school year.
- Event Time: 10:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m.
- Location: Hallmark University, 9855 Westover Hills Blvd.
District 7 – Saturday, August 3, 2024
District 7 will offer free backpacks with school supplies, free vaccines for those who qualify, resources, free produce bags while supplies last, music, and so much more!
- Location: Jefferson High School, 723 Donaldson Ave
- Event Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Requirement: This event is for District 7 residents only. Please bring proof of address with a piece of mail of your choice.

District 9 – Friday, August 2, 2024
District 9 City Councilmember John Courage invites students and their families to enjoy free paletas at a back-to-school event. District 9 will distribute more than 550 backpacks stuffed with supplies (including pencils, crayons, notebooks, and more) to K-12 grade students. In addition, a variety of vendors will provide free back-to-school services, such as dental kits from Imagine Dental, haircuts from Super Cuts, and immunization information.

District 10 – Friday, August 3, 2024
