Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Take out all of the ingredients, a small bowl, a spoon, and measuring utensils.
  2. Place 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the bowl with the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle in 1/8 teaspoon of dried chives, dried dill, dried parsley, and onion powder.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and a bit of pepper to taste.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined.
  7. Now, your delicious Ranchy Dip is ready to be enjoyed. For a healthy and satisfying snack, serve it with fresh veggies like carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers. It’s also a fantastic accompaniment to chicken tenders, making mealtime a delightful experience.

Encourage your child to get involved by mixing all the ingredients together. They can use a spoon or a child-friendly whisk. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce them to kitchen skills and the importance of combining flavors.
