Pre-K 4 SA understands that educators want resources, support, and continued learning that helps them make a powerful impact on children’s lives. Our Professional Learning Team consists of 16 specialists dedicated to mentoring and educating early childhood education (ECE) professionals.

The Pre-K 4 SA Professional Learning Team can help adult learners obtain the necessary coursework to apply for a Preschool or Infant and Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) certification. Our team is passionate about increasing the number of accredited child development centers in San Antonio through a special series for center directors.

CDA Gold Standard
The National Council of Professional Recognition and Pre-K 4 SA focus on improving the quality of early childhood educators in the field by offering professional learning on best practices and the competencies of the CDA Curriculum.
Following a quality review of our training and student services, the Council for Professional Recognition awarded Pre-K 4 SA the prestigious CDA Gold Standard.
Increase the number of highly skilled infant through 3rd grade educators in San Antonio, improving teacher credentialing, serving as the pipeline for ECE leadership, and increasing the number of accredited ECE centers in the city.
