Our Method

Social-Emotional Learning

Children thrive in and out of the classroom when they are emotionally secure and socially connected to others.

SEL at Pre-K 4 SA

We intentionally arrange physical learning spaces and organize daily schedules to develop children’s sense of competence and support social interactions, including family-style meals, small and large group learning, individual work, and review time.

The Benefits

Research shows that children who are socially and emotionally healthy are happier, more motivated to learn, have a positive attitude toward school, and are eager participants in class activities. This is just as important as being physically healthy and equally significant in their development and potential to lead a fulfilling life.
