Instructions:

  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • ½  teaspoon of honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon of vanilla
  • ¼  cup of mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon of dark chocolate chips

Step 1: Put 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into a bowl. Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein and calcium, which are essential for growing kids.

Step 2: Add 1/2 a teaspoon of honey to the yogurt. Honey adds natural sweetness, provides antioxidants, and can help soothe sore throats.

Step 3: To enhance the flavor, add 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir it well. Vanilla adds a touch of warmth and aroma to the dish.

Step 4: Now, it’s time to add 1/4 cup of mixed berries into the bowl. Berries are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber, making them a superfood for growing kids. The vibrant colors will also make this bowl visually appealing.

Step 5: Lastly, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of dark chocolate chips over the yogurt. Dark chocolate chips add a delightful chocolatey flavor and offer some health benefits, thanks to their antioxidants.

Step 6: Now that all the ingredients are in the bowl, gently mix them. Ensure the honey, vanilla, and dark chocolate chips are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt and berries.

Step 7: Your Super Berry Bowl is ready to be enjoyed! You can serve it immediately, and your little ones will love the combination of creamy yogurt.
